BC - Kamloops Reserve

We meet the second and fourth Sunday each month at 605 East Shuswap Road on the Kamloops Indian Reserve.  Just past the pow wow grounds and Band administration buildings.  The potluck starts at 5:00 then a time of sharing in the circle to talk about what's going on in our lives and encouragement from God's word.  Always prayer for one another. From time to time we will also have traditional drum or contemporary songs, Coyote stories, etc. For more information, call Dave or Debbie Kneeshaw at 250 374-8196 or email kneng@telus.net or sharesthelight@telus.net .

For a more informal time, we help with a music night on the Rez the last Saturday of each month.  At this you might see traditional drums and prayers, some old time fiddling, rock'n'roll, or a karaoke machine! This is a good time to just hang out with friends and get to know new people in a fun atmosphere. Contact Dave and Debbie or Edith Fortier at Edith@telus.net . Refreshments are on hand...

Also watch the website www.creatorscircle.ca for information on a summer gathering, details yet to be figured out. You can see some good photos of the past gatherings on the site.
